We believe it's worthwhile us giving that little extra attention to getting it right the first time.
Your origami earrings, in their origami box, are shipped in
crush-proof packaging to ensure their arrival in pristine condition. We
ship within 24 hours upon receipt of payment confirmation.
Discounts obviously apply for freight if you are purchasing in multiple. We'll advise you via email accordingly.
We ship exclusively through Australia Post, a company held in high
regard by many for its reliable yet economical range of freight
fulfillment solutions.
We utilise Australia Post's Express Post Parcel Service for
domestic orders and it's International Airmail Service for those
overseas.
Unfortunately neither delivery to PO Boxes nor COD is possible.

The Origami People earrings are hand crafted from the finest paper, parts and components.
If cared for appropriately they should last you many years.
Our Return and Refund Policy applies to all transactions with The Origami People unless clearly stated otherwise.

Whilst all care is taken, we will not be directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
Return and Refund Policy: You may return any item for any reason
and receive a refund of the fixed price paid - no questions asked.
In order to receive your refund, you must return the item within 14
days of receiving it - based on tracking and delivery information.
After 14 days, no refund will be allowed.
The return package MUST have a ship date NO LATER than 14 days from the original receipt date to quality for a refund.
Shipping/handling is NON REFUNDABLE.
